Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation, whilst the body remains deeply relaxed, the mind will become extremely focused.  Using suggestion techniques, which will aim to communicate with your sub-conscious mind, this is a gentle, yet powerful way to help you make those positive changes you want in your life. 

Hypnotherapy can be extremely beneficial in a number of ways and is useful for helping you to reduce anxiety, PTSD, overcoming stress, building confidence and self-esteem, OCD, fears and phobias, health anxiety, social anxiety, performance anxiety, weight loss, smoking, pain control, trauma, IBS, and much more.

Initial consultation session 

A brief history will be taken to gain a full understanding of what you require from hypnotherapy, along with an explanation of the hypnotherapy process, and answers to any questions you may have.  The session will also include general relaxation so that you can experience hypnotherapy before making an informed choice if this is the right therapy for you.

Emotional Eating & Hypnoband Programme

A 4 week program, for individuals or small groups, designed to help support you in achieving your weight loss goals.  There is no medical procedure or promotional diet, the focus is on changing your mind-set by identifying your emotional eating patterns in order to change your relationship with food. 

The aim is for you to become more mindful and only eat when you are physically hungry, rather than responding to negative emotions driving you to eat, so that you can achieve the results you desire.
