Trust in Counselling & Therapies

Life can present many different situations when you least expect it, leaving you feeling lost, isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of which way to turn. I offer a safe space where you can look at the root cause of the problem, gain clarity, and develop an understanding of how to move forward.  Counselling can also help you regain control of your life or learn how to accept what you can’t control, thereby providing an opportunity for change to live in the way you desire, or find happiness and balance within your current situation.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, offering a form of counselling that provides unconditional support and understanding in a compassionate and none-judgemental way. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel confident and safe in sharing your thoughts and feelings, whilst I provide you with consistent empathic feedback.

I have worked at the Well Women Centre and The Health-Society Counselling Suite, based at Salford University, where I have gained experience in a diverse range of issues.
