Individual Therapy

I am a person-centred counsellor who believes that meaningful change begins with being truly heard.  I offer a calm, confidential space where clients can talk openly about what they are facing. My role is to listen deeply, offer empathy, and walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences.

I have worked as a counsellor within the charity sector and for employee assisted programmes (EAPs) helping people navigate bereavement, anxiety, depression, workplace pressures and moments of transition.  I have supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including those in demanding corporate environments and understand how personal and professional challenges often overlap.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working within the NHS, especially in gynaecology, supporting women experiencing infertility, incontinence and other sensitive health issues.  This experience shaped my compassionate, grounded approach to emotional wellbeing.
