Karen formed Trust in Counselling (TIC) in 2016, working with individuals in a person centred way. Allison joined (TIC) in 2018, working with individuals and young people. In 2019, we moved the practice to our current premises on Brewery Lane forming
Trust in Counselling and Therapies, expanding the services we offer to include cognitive behavioural, integrative, play,
and relationship therapies.
We now also provide supervision and group-work, thus welcoming a broader range of clients including children of all ages, couples, and other professionals in order to provide a service that supports individuals and their unique needs.
It is important that we provide a safe and ethical space for our clients, that is not only private and confidential but is also welcoming. In order to achieve a secure environment for our clients our ethos encompasses our associate counsellors who
work along side us, so that at Trust in Counselling and Therapies we all feel part of a community, where we are supported
and valued by each other.
