Bereavement

The death of a loved one, whether expected or sudden, can leave you feeling overwhelmed with a myriad of emotions, such as, grief, sadness, mourning, loneliness, anger, and sometimes relief.  Finding a way through this is extremely personal and everyone’s experience of loss is unique to them.

There is no right or wrong way to feel.

Whilst not exhaustive, some of the most common feelings and emotions include: shock and numbness, overwhelming sadness, tiredness or exhaustion, anger and guilt.

Bereavement counselling offers a safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions,

and make sense of your world.

Thirty minute meet and greet sessions available.

Whilst all our counsellors can work with someone through their grief, Allison, Michelle and Craig

are able to offer specialist support
