Individual Counselling

I offer a warm, understanding space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.  Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem, as well as those simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed.  I have also worked extensively with survivors of domestic abuse.  My approach is grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice, helping you build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.

I have a particular focus for working with loss in pregnancy which, for both men and women, can be traumatic, leading to possible feelings of PTSD and overwhelming loss.

Whilst working within the NHS I found it beneficial to integrate both talking therapy and CBT to support clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related difficulties.

Whether you’re struggling with something specific or just want to understand yourself better, I’ll walk alongside you at your pace supporting you to find clarity, healing, and a kinder relationship with yourself.
