Trust in the Community aims to support people who live in the Wigan area with their well being and mental health.

Counsellor led Peer Support Group

Trust in the Community, part of Trust in Counselling and Therapies, are pleased to announce the start of our fortnightly support group for anyone struggling with anxiety and/or depression.

These 90 minute sessions will be facilitated by an experienced counsellor and run on alternate Fridays starting Friday 26th January 2024 at 10:30 (please arrive at 10:15).

Places are limited so please contact us to book your place.

The cost is £5.00 per session, payable in advance.

Ladies of Trust Latte Lounge

Our vision is to offer a space for women who may feel isolate, disconnected or for those who struggle socially to come together and meet other women.

We are therefore hosting our second latte lounge at Ashley Coffee House on Sunday 26th November 2023 at 1:00pm.

Fundraising for Cancer Research UK

We have probably all been touched by cancer in some way, which is why we decided it would be our charity of the year, for our annual fundraising event.

The team at Trust in Counselling and Therapies raised over £2000 plus gift aid by taking part in the Race for Life 2023.
